Event: Mambo de Chocobo

fatedheartsChocobos. Any of a number of large flightless birds in a variety of colors that can be used as riding mounts. Some people use them in races like horses.
Several trucks of chocobos headed for places like the Chocobo Farm outside of Edge and the Gold Saucer theme park were traveling near Edge when something happened. The drivers are all reporting differently what they saw, but the important thing is that the chocobos freaked, somehow broke out of the trucks, and now are wandering through Edge and the Midgar ruins. The truckers will pay to have them returned, and anyway, that kind of has to be done anyway, doesn’t it?
Chocobos are everywhere.

Round up the chocobos wherever you find them! Unless you’re especially good with handling them, teaming up with others is the best way to bring them in. Get creative about where they’re hanging out: inside stores, restaurants, the hotel . . . anywhere you want, they can be found! Also remember to arm yourselves with plenty of greens and other things chocobos love to eat! These can be purchased at shops throughout Edge.
The IC time period for the event is intended to be around a week, the 13th through the 20th, but backdating posts and backtagging comments can go on as long as you want!
This is intended to be a low-key, fun event to get characters to interact with each other. If you have any questions, ask below!
